About Me:
I'm a computer science educator teaching high school students programming, computer architecture, and other valuable skills to take with them beyond graduation. I'm currently teaching AP Computer Science A with Java and Computer Science Principles with a focus on Python. I also use Code.Org Discoveries and MIT Scratch to teach coding concepts to Middle Schools students, fifth through eighth grade. I also have the pleasure of co-teaching a Media Arts course with a focus on audio production. Previous courses I teach or offer include Microsoft MTA Networking and Independent Study in Computer Applications.
Before making my way into the classroom, I spent over a decade in information systems and technology. I worked on a variety of projects including information and network security, technical writing, change management, training, web design, and technical support.
